| I'll never understand why alleged TV authorities seem to always choose Cheers and ignore Frasier when they're ranking the greatest shows of all time.
It's not as if they can only choose one. And if they're going to choose one, I'd argue it should be Frasier. Cheers was a great show, for sure, and it came first, and I acknowledge it was more influential...but Frasier was an overall better show, by a significant margin.
Just the fact that the characters on Frasier were a LOT more likeable than most of the characters on Cheers made a huge, huge difference. |
