	The problem is that a Y functions as a vowel for three of these.

	Y only counts as a vowel if no other vowels are present though.

	It is a vowel in these words. It's based on the sound you make when you say the word. Also, that's why there's a "?" in the quiz's name if you were observant.

	Y functions as a vowel if it replaces the letter I, therefore Chad is the only country with one vowel.

	Y is definitely a vowel in these cases - I would expand the quiz maybe to countries that only have one different vowel, such as Morocco, Greece, and Malta - just a thought....

	@Apollo, I made one of those, and it didn't turn out so well. Places like Seychelles and Myanmar were debated over Y's.
