	I created it so that many different names can be accepted...don't worry about typing in "Boston" or "New England." Former names are also accepted. Let me know if I forgot any teams. Enjoy!

	I think you forgot a couple. NFL Redskins used to be in Boston. Also, former professional soccer league (NASL) had the New England Teamen in late 70s.

	The Breakers also used to be the name of the USFL team that played in Boston, not sure what you are accepting for Braves, but Beaneaters didn't work for me, Doves, Bees, Rustlers, Red Caps, and Red Stockings all should also work. Also you could include the AHL teams the Devils, Sharks, or Falcons who play outside of Boston as the Pats and Revolution also don't play in Boston proper and don't even use the city of Boston in their name.

	Don't forget Boston Bolts, Boston Rovers (older soccer teams). The old AFL's (in the 1920's and 1930's) had Boston teams, too. The Boston Minutemen played in the NASL before the Tea Men, I think.

	The Boston Braves were an AHL team, not an NHL team.

	There was a Boston Bulldogs soccer team from 1999-2001 (first in the A-league, then in the USL).

	@etheridge2: the Falcons of the AHL are from Springfield, which is almost two full hours away from "Boston proper". By contrast, the Patriots and Revolution play in the greater Boston area, and are both considered Boston's teams. The same claim couldn't be made for teams that are on the far other end of the state.

	I decided not to include any AHL teams, as it has really become just minor league hockey. In the same way I didn't include teams like the lowell spinners.

	You left out the Boston Beacons, who played at Fenway Park. They were a one-year franchise of the NASL (you could argue they were formerly the Rovers).
