Good idea. You just need to specify that this is about football, and that its scope is teams in the Premier League and Football League.

I know the idea is cities that host derbies between two teams from the same city but there are a lot of other cities that host derbies like Newcastle/Sunderland, Manchester/Leeds, Southampton/Portsmouth, Ipswich/Norwich etc. Maybe add them in? Good quiz as it is though.

you need to say the teams must be in the football league, otherwise you could have places like bradford, cambridge etc and the plural of city is cities x
