How? E.g. Green Mile's antagonist would be Percy surely, Misery's antagonist would be Annie, Shawshank would be the warden etc. The anagonist is the bad guy.

The novella referenced above was actually called Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption. It was shortened when filmed.
