The really long walls means that, at least on my screen in Firefox, the columns get thrown out of alignment very quickly, making the maze--well, not impossible, but irritating.
Mar 8th, 2011 at 04:57 GMT
@Tahnan: Thanks for the info, it looks fine to me on IE, but I'm sure that must have rendered it unplayable. I have shortened the walls, if someone can tell me whether or not that helped I'd appreciate it.

Love it! The format was fine for me, so no complaints here!

@warpedone: That's true, I have added it. Thanks for the help.

Not bad quiz. I like all the precautions you took to ensure that no one got the format for the quiz, but I sailed past it all..... brilliant bonus answers.

I actually like this format much better than the other ones. Slightly more challenging too.

raze, rate, and rank are also synonyms of file.

The ulna is in the forearm, not the wrist.

Got most of them except for a couple of - ahem - Myna problems.

i got stuck on filling (as I read it) tool for quite a while...
Jun 8th, 2012 at 13:32 GMT
Okay, I had to cheat a little. I've come clean and I feel fine now. I really love the labyrinth games. They are my favorites.
Jun 8th, 2012 at 13:36 GMT
I love the difficultly level of this -- great work!
Jun 8th, 2012 at 13:44 GMT
Rasp... you half-round bastard... Woodworking humor anyone?
Jun 8th, 2012 at 16:42 GMT
I enjoyed this once I got the hang of it.
Jun 8th, 2012 at 17:19 GMT
@A_Trep: LOL! I used to work in the office of a place that made files. Listening to a someone taking an order for a box of bastards would put a smile on my face.
Jun 8th, 2012 at 18:02 GMT
I also love the difficulty of this. I had to make up words to get the prefix for a trillion, but what do you know - one of them worked!
Jun 8th, 2012 at 18:19 GMT
I LOVE these! I will never get tired of them.
Jun 8th, 2012 at 18:22 GMT
Yes, liked that. Never knew you could spell minah like that but now I know better. And yes, woodworking humour is awl you wood need for a fun Friday evening, :)

Apparently I am a 'CHEATER !!!'. 0--O--0--O--0--O--0ops.
Jun 9th, 2012 at 00:38 GMT
I thought it was 'mina'. Also, I found a glitch-if you type in 'opal', it says you win the game.
Jun 9th, 2012 at 02:04 GMT
I don't get the connection between Idle, Arid, and Near... I thought it was the last two letters of one word were the first two in the adjacent word.
Jun 10th, 2012 at 17:06 GMT
Lot of errors in this one, particularly stab and stun.
Jun 11th, 2012 at 14:44 GMT
Liked the mix of words/clues, but you really should shave a couple of minutes off the time.
Jun 13th, 2012 at 04:21 GMT
For the clue "at the pinnacle", I kept trying to think of a four letter word ending in "go" since goat was the word below it.
Sep 12th, 2012 at 17:28 GMT
I'm sure the quiz is good, but unlike the description intimated, it didn't change my mind about word labyrinths... I don't enjoy them.
Oct 13th, 2012 at 19:11 GMT
: Opal is the last word of the chain, and if you type the preceding word it warns you that the game will end (and you will get all of the answers), but you can go back to answer unanswered spaces. It is not a glitch, but it is intended to do so.
Nov 5th, 2012 at 17:54 GMT
Unclear which "direction" the game was going. If the last two letters of a word are the first two of the word on the right, you'd assume that the first two letters are the last two of the word on the left. Wasn't always the case, depending on which direction the creator thought you should be going.

hehe I feel kinda guilty for typing in 0--O--0 continuosly even after the multiple warnings..... but it helped me solve the puzzle easier! lol
Feb 12th, 2013 at 11:41 GMT
i hope you understand betraisefold that this quiz is crap
Mar 20th, 2013 at 19:57 GMT
Once I got stuck, I just guessed random 4 letter words. Spit got me going again, then opal finished them all for some reason. WTH?
