| The only meerkat I can think of is Aleksandr Orlov, simples really. |
 | rkavin: | May 1st, 2010 at 23:15 GMT | | 5 points |
| Cool idea! |
 | WorldWhiz: | May 1st, 2010 at 23:15 GMT | | 11 points |
| Awesome title! |
 | redsxfenway: | May 1st, 2010 at 23:26 GMT | | 26 points |
| I didn't notice there were two loops; I was wondering what began with 'bic' and ended with 'ast' |
 | puckett86: | May 2nd, 2010 at 00:11 GMT | | 11 points |
| I got "Inertia" before I got "Term" and then I (stupidly) typed in "Porcupine" for the hint "A group of species of the weasel family prized for its fur". |
 | sccopp: | May 2nd, 2010 at 01:34 GMT | | 9 points |
| Had the same issue as redsxfenway. Can you make a note that they're two separate games? |
 | sproutcm: | May 2nd, 2010 at 02:38 GMT | | 7 points |
| Oh rats, I had written a quiz called Word Chain, that was twenty 7-letter words with this property, but I couldn't post it because I ran out of quizzes last month. Don't think I copied you when I post it in a few days :) |
 | LTH: | May 2nd, 2010 at 02:58 GMT | | 8 points |
Nice eye-catching quiz title. Now you're just showing off :) I second what sccopp said |
 | Hejman: | May 2nd, 2010 at 04:07 GMT | | 5 points |
| Keep showing off- we all know we love it. I actually didn't get the first word in either loop but managed to work my way out from the middle. A wonderfully clever idea. |
 | Inyro: | May 2nd, 2010 at 05:03 GMT | | 6 points |
| More quizzes like this please. |
 | betraisefold: | May 2nd, 2010 at 07:56 GMT | | 6 points |
| Thanks everyone, I have added a note indicating that the lists are distinct games. @sproutcm: Sorry about that, I hate when that happens - but at least Inyro's wish will come true. @puckett86: Ha, there is nothing quite as comfortable as a nice porcupine fur coat. |
 | Flick: | May 2nd, 2010 at 09:00 GMT | | 2 points |
| Great idea for a quiz. Now the challenge is on to create a quiz where the final answer (of the final question) loops into the very first question. |
 | betraisefold: | May 2nd, 2010 at 12:20 GMT | | 7 points |
| @Flick: I did - twice, araBICycle and villAGEnt. It just seemed too short to release each one as an individual quiz. I had quite a bit of trouble closing the loop on the first one so I started with ingest on the second one to give myself a lot of options. |
 | abanazerb: | May 2nd, 2010 at 18:41 GMT | | 2 points |
| A most excellent quiz. I can even forgive the fact that I had no idea about any meerkat names and so had to get the one either side to work it out. |
 | mens: | May 5th, 2010 at 19:15 GMT | | 1 point |
| I know it would ruin the idea of the quiz, but a lot of people spell it 'oestrogen', and I was working backwards from the end - got stuck on that one and couldn't get it. At least have it an alternative answer. Good quiz, though. |
 | gowhere: | May 11th, 2010 at 21:30 GMT | | 3 points |
| The one that killed me was word for word which I did not read as word-for-word, but rather that it was asking for a synonym for 'word'. Duh. |

| Very nice quiz. Definitely a disparity between the first and second loops. Flew threw the first and spent the last three minutes trying to plug out the second. |
 | Spammo: | May 18th, 2010 at 18:28 GMT | | 17 points |
| This is like a less disturbing version of The Human Centipede. |
 | GaiusMarius: | May 18th, 2010 at 18:30 GMT | | 91 points |
| ...And now I see that the two loops are distinct. |
 | squirrelkins: | May 18th, 2010 at 19:00 GMT | | 35 points |
| Nice little quiz, very clever. Thank for making it obvious that the 2 loops were distinct. Now if only I could read instructions properly I wouldn't have got stuck on a word beginning bic lol |

| Sigh, I've been watching too much Family Guy: "A common source of bedtime terror" - monkey. |
 | WKS: | May 18th, 2010 at 19:24 GMT | | 2 points |
| I liked it a lot :) I wish there were 5 minutes though :( I feel like I was doing reasonably well, but still had a few to answer in the last few seconds which I didn't have time to even glance at =S |
 | WeAreVince: | May 18th, 2010 at 19:26 GMT | | 25 points |
| oooohhhhhh 2 loops. yeah...I could not for the life of me think of "one empowered to represent another" that started with "Bic." |
 | RDMDADPD: | May 18th, 2010 at 19:28 GMT | | 5 points |
| really fun quiz |

| Just me that guessed monday morning as a common source of bedtime terror? |

| great quiz...enjoyed it! |
 | yippeeyappee: | May 18th, 2010 at 19:54 GMT | | 5 points |
| I really like these quizzes! I did a couple with a Geography theme a while back (Geolinks), but Betraisefold is a master! |
 | Jerdoggiedog: | May 18th, 2010 at 20:00 GMT | | 19 points |
| the 'ing' was annoying because it gives no clue as a word ending. |
 | kypzethdurron: | May 18th, 2010 at 20:07 GMT | | 33 points |
| Worst clue for 'agent' ever, perhaps? |
 | annebd: | May 18th, 2010 at 20:23 GMT | | 19 points |
| Was there ever a link between the two loops? Because if you link the end of Loop 2 to the beginning of Loop 1, you get "village bicycle." That can't be a coincidence. ;) |
 | elnok: | May 18th, 2010 at 20:27 GMT | | 22 points |
| Love how with "erm" and "ine" so few people got "ermine." |
 | shwax: | May 18th, 2010 at 20:55 GMT | | -1 points |
| really? "term" is a word? I don't believe it! What a clue! |
 | lemonesque: | May 18th, 2010 at 21:11 GMT | | 3 points |
| great quiz. |
Comment below threshold: show it | MovieDynamic: | May 18th, 2010 at 21:32 GMT | | -38 points |
| Some of these are really misleading... like for the "One who is recklessly bold" one you would expect "Daring" to work, but it doesn't. For "Consume" you're surprised when "Digest" doesn't work. Maybe some more clarification? |
 | caramba: | May 18th, 2010 at 22:01 GMT | | 13 points |
| @MovieDynamic: Because every question in the world should only have a single answer, right? |
 | CorneliusTree: | May 18th, 2010 at 22:01 GMT | | 7 points |
| MovieDynamic, the idea isn't that you should get every clue by itself, you're supposed to use the loop to help you. |
 | dixon: | May 18th, 2010 at 22:06 GMT | | 12 points |
| lame clue for enthusiast |
 | JAJDH: | May 18th, 2010 at 22:39 GMT | | 19 points |
| No wonder "bicameral legislature" didn't work... |
 | ThomasNast: | May 18th, 2010 at 22:48 GMT | | 6 points |
| @shwax: the clue "a word" didn't mean it's just any word, "term" and "word" are synonyms, that's what the quiz creator was going for. |
 | sporcloid: | May 18th, 2010 at 22:52 GMT | | 2 points |
| The quiz looks fun, but I wonder why the word "transportaion" in the first clue didn't get caught before this made it to the main page. |
