	I think that if a country is both islamic and a republic, it should qualify as an islamic republic: Egypt, Algeria, Libya and others. When I saw only four to guess, I realized that they were the countries whose official name is "Islamic Republic of..." I think that the title of the game could be changed as to mean this.

	I thought about that, but I couldn't settle on graceful phrasing that didn't cast aspersions. "Countries that call themselves Islamic republics" suggests that they aren't really. "Countries with 'Islamic Republic' in their names" is rather awkward for a title. Better suggestions? Meanwhile, I'll add a note clarifying that I'm looking for official names.
