Very good quiz. Only suggestion would be add Braves.

I like it. Perhaps make the Knicks a bonus answer, as there actual name is the Knickerbockers, just for fun.

Dobbins, if he doesn't count Knicks, then Mets wouldn't count either.

sorry about the braves, I compiled this list by going down a list of teams in each sport and I must have overlooked them. They are added now

I'd argue that wild could be considered 2 syllables.

Wild is just one syllable. A syllable is not really an arguable thing. Its either there or not. You can't add or take away syllables from words.

The A's should be included if the Knicks and Mets are in there.

Good quiz! A suggestion, though: could you put the teams in alphabetical order by city? forgive me if i'm wrong, but i think that's sporcle convention. it's really minor, though; leaving the quiz the way it is doesn't make it worse.

I thought about the A's, but I figured that they are much more commonly referred to as the Athletics than the Knickerbockers or the Metropolitans.

I could see adding the A's as a bonus answer since it is definitely well-known enough (but not known as the actual team name)

I was preparing this quiz for March. Guess I won't do it now.

Wild is one syllable. Do you also consider fire and oil as two syllable words?
