Only a minor remark: a céntimo isn't the monetary unit of those countries but 1/100 of the monetary unit (like a cent of the US dollar or a penny of the British pound). And of course in many countries it's no more used because its value fell to practically zero (for example, 1 Paraguayan guaraní equals 0.00024 US dollars, so 1 céntimo would be worth $ 0.0000024).

Nice selection. I think you could shorten the time by at least a couple of minutes. Even allowing a couple of run-throughs getting the ones you know there's ample time to guess, and at that point you either know them or you don't.
