You should consider adding Bobo Newsom as a bonus answer. Technically he only played for 9 franchises but he probably switched teams more than anyone else in MLB history. He had 5 stints with the Senators, 3 stints with the Browns, 2 stints with the Dodgers, and 2 stints with the Athletics. He also played for the Cubs, Red Sox, Tigers, Yankees and Giants.
