	Sorry that a couple are so hard. There wasn't much to choose from for Q and Z. Please let me know if any others are too easy or too hard and I can adjust them to make the quiz better! Also, some of the shows have more recently been on Broadway, and others are old classics.

	Excellent quiz, beckala63! I missed four, but three turned out to be ones I'd never heard of (In the Heights, Next to Normal, and Quilters). I also missed Urinetown, but that was my own stupidity. You gave a perfect clue for that one. A couple comments: (1) You might want to choose the Sondheim classic "Into the Woods" for "I". (2) As much as I LOVE "Les Miserable", I would recommend against using it. If you put it under "L", people will balk that "Les" is French for "The", and you didn't put "The Producers" under "T". But if you put it under "M", other people will think it should belong under "L". It's a no-win situation. For "L" you could use "Lion King" or "Little Shop of Horrors". (3) If you want to avoid the whole "The" business, you could use "Phantom of the Opera" instead of "(The) Producers". All in all, a lot of fun, even if you keep it as is!

	Thanks for your comments. 1)In the Heights and Next to Normal have both come out within the last couple of years. In the Heights actually won the Tony in 2008. I had never heard of Quilters until today either, but it was the only option for Q. 2)I'll consider changing the "L" show. I hadn't thought of it that way before! 3)I was trying to avoid the "the" controversy, haha. But the title is actually The Phantom of the Opera, so it would be the same situation anyway. I know there is Pippin, but I didn't think as many people would know that one. Thanks for your feedback though! Glad you enjoyed the quiz.

	After I saw the answer for "The Internet is for Porn", I looked up the musical. Then I started listening to the songs. Then I laughed my ass off for about thirty minutes. Thank you for that.

	Also, I'm a little surprised someone who knows Into the Woods is a Sondheim classic has never heard of In the Heights or Next to Normal. I'm an Into the Woods fan, but In the Heights is one of the best shows I've ever seen, so I applaud its inclusion.

	Hey, I got 24/26 showss! (Might want to fix that typo.) This was a pretty nice quiz, though I'm not sure that it needed two Mel Brooks musicals. Other than that, nice variety in there.

	Fabuloussssss. This is yet another amazing sporcle quiz that you can just sing along too. But in a salute to broadway I must say, I would have loved to see "Phantom of the Opera" and "Hair" if only because they are two of the best shows on earth. at least in my opinion. =]

	haha, someone please tell me I'm not the only one who thought the answer for 'I Had a Dream' was Gypsy - I had Ethel Merman's voice in my head and I was like What? 'L'??? & In the Heights is so great. as is this quiz.

	Honestly, don't worry about the whole "la/le/les" issue. The standard procedure in English for ANY foreign term that's equivalent to "the" (or even "a" or "an") is to place it in the appropriate ENGLISH location--the German titles "Der Rosenkavalier" and "Das Kabinet des Caligari" (to use an opera and a film, respectively) are typically alphabetized under "D" rather than "R" or "K"; the song "La Bamba" is normally alphabetized under "L" rather than "B". An English-language title, however, ignores the words "the", "a" and "an" in alphabetization (except for the rare situations where those words are necessary in the title as with Sue Grafton's "A is for Alibi").

	More people know Xanadu than Bye Bye Birdie and Kiss me Kate? That's just wrong lol. I've seen all of them (and been in BBB and KMK) and I would have assumed the last two were more famous and better.

	A little easy, but good quiz. :) If you want to make it more challenging, I would suggest using more obscure song titles from the shows. For instance, from Guys and Dolls don't pick the most well known song - do something like "Sue Me" or "Marry the Man Today." From In the Heights do something like "When You're Home" or "Enough"

	Very fun quiz...had to hold my nose a bit on "M," though (for theatre-snob purposes)...I would suggest something more along the lines of a musical with the clue of "Bosom Buddies."

	Also, @teacherdrama- I tried choosing shows people would know (except for the few letters where I didn't have much choice), and I also tried picking the popular songs from each show because I didn't want to make it too hard. Maybe I can make another one later with lesser known shows and/or songs.

	Very enjoyable, even tho' I wasn't familiar with "In the Heights" or "Next to Normal." Seems like you had a pretty eclectic mix of shows from various eras, tho' I did miss a mention of something Sondheim. Looking forward to your next version-- doesn't have to be alphabetical, though I am doing a little Greek dancing in honor of Zorba!

	I live in the countryside on the edge of a peat bog, so I'd never heard of Urinetown. Just found the plot of the play on Wiki; have made plans to move to the other side of the bog. It's further away from Broadway.

	I love 'superboy and the invisible girl" although i have never seen NTN, and i also love RENT and wicked...I just finished a run of A Chorus line, and i was saddened that was not here (but kudos on avenue q and chicago)

	@escobar- Next to Normal is one of my new favorite shows. The entire score is amazing. I would highly recommend it if you live in the NYC area. And if not, I'm sure it will start touring soon. Sorry about A Chorus Line...Chicago won that one, haha.

	The only one that gave me pause (yes, I'm a dork enough to know Quilters, an 80's flop, and Zorba, by Bock and Harnick- a few years after Fiddler) was Jersey Boys, and that's because I don't consider rock concerts with plot forcefully shoehorned in musicals.

	@wbourland - Jersey Boys isn't really your average jukebox musical though. They didn't just make up a plot based around the songs. The show actually tells the story of the Four Seasons. It wasn't my favorite show, but I thought it was pretty enjoyable and the music did make it worth it.
