| I'm not so sure cosmic rays belong in this list, @seamang, since they are not part of the electromagnetic spectrum, as are the types of radiation listed in this quiz. Rather cosmic rays are high-energy particles, mostly protons and electrons. That said, given the wave-particle duality, protons and electrons themselves have wave-like characteristics, and high-energy (and thus high-momentum) protons and electrons would indeed have very short wavelength, since wavelength goes like 1/momentum. |
