	I didn't expect to see Schumacher, Bradman, Murali, Raul, Gilchrist and Djokovic in a UK-centric quiz but good stuff nonetheless.

	It's UK centric in that it is based on sporting competitions that UK sports watchers follow. Hopefully that makes sense. We just have quite a large following in a diverse range of international events and they are all just as big superstars here as they are in their own countries.

	I've tried to stay as faithful as possible to Hejman's format for these. In keeping with them, here is some information regarding the numbers used: - The Grand National course at Aintree consists of 16 jumps, 14 of which are jumped twice. The Chair and Water Jump are missed on the second circuit. - Ruud van Nistelrooy is Raul's closest champions league contender with 56 goals. Van Nistelrooy does have a better strike rate than the Spanish legend however, with 0.69 goals per game, more even than Lionel Messi. - Oxford have won 76 boat races to Cambridge's 80. - The Rugby League Super League comprises of 14 teams from England, Wales and France. The Aviva Rugby Union Premiership contains just 12, all England based teams. - The three drivers to finish the 1996 Monaco Grand Prix were; 1st - Olivier Panis, 2nd - David Coulthard, 3rd - Johnny Herbert. Heinz-Harald Frentzen, Mika Salo and Mika Häkkinen received points without even crossing the chequered flag. - The mammoth 2010 match between John Isner and Nicolas Mahut broke more records than I have space to note in a Sporcle comment. The 138 number used in the quiz is the number of games in the fifth set of that match alone, as it finished 70-68 in Isner's favour. - 72 is the number of wins Michael Schumacher had in a Ferrari. His other 19 all came in his time at Benetton. - Sir Donald Bradman needed just 4 runs in his final innings at The Oval to maintain a career test average of 100. He fell for a second ball duck, clean bowled by an Eric Hollies googly. - The 3m 31s stated is actually the time of the fastest century ever recorded by Tony Drago. - The highest scoring Premier League game was the 7-4 victory by Portsmouth over Reading. The game might have had even more goals had Nicky Shorey not had his penalty saved by David James. - Lennox Lewis won 41 of his total 44 fights. - In addition to his 800 test victims, Murali also racked up 534 ODI wickets.

	I think I tried to re-post the second part of that comment a few too many times. I kept messing up the formatting and Sporcle's spam filters seem to be preventing me from posting it again. The gist of the second half was that the record for the mile was actually 3:43.13 by Hicham El Guerrouj but I had to round to the nearest second to fit in the box, Neil Jenkins' 1,090 points includes 41 he scored for the British and Irish Lions, an explanation that Djokovic's win streak stretches to 43 if you include the end of the previous season and Adam Gilchrist made 37 stumpings for a total of 416 wicket keeper dismissals.

	Nice quiz. I didn't undertsand most of the questions, but thanks for actually making a UK-centric quiz rather than compalin about other's quizzes being too US centric. Five orange balls from me!!!

	Well done for this quiz. @Cocky, you still seem to be attacking me for the comments I made on the previous quiz. I don't see the point of making my own quiz as that way there would be two quizes almost exactly the same with the only difference being what the authors included. Instead I felt it would have been better if Heijman had added my suggestions to his (already very good) quiz. Heijman gracefully accepted my comments and then explained why he made the quiz the way he did. In the same way I stated that I felt the examples he used were good I just explained what I would have prefered to see. You however seem to have done nothing but criticise me and make digs at me for expressing my opinion

	Great quiz bazmerelda, really enjoyed it. I found the Grand National question a bit ambiguously worded as I thought there were 16 fences but the fact that whether you count the 30 times that the horses jump or 16 fences either way there are less than 34 so it didn't take anything away from the quiz. Nice job.

	Wonderful job! If anything, you've actually made this even tougher than mine (even putting aside the regional differences, I mean) by making some of the given numbers very close to the actual ones. I like that! Considering that I'm an American who doesn't know squat about the Premier League or cricket or rugby or um... Quidditch?, I'm pretty happy with my 14/24. @AutonomusPlebian- I do hope my explanation about trying not to go half and half (geographically speaking) on sports quizzes made sense. I do make an attempt on other quizzes to be geographically inclusive.

	@cocky and @AutonomusPlebian: Please don't argue over the internet. It's always futile and there is no point risking comment bans etc from the Sporcle Admins. Hopefully this solution suits just about everyone (all we need now is an Aussie to make an Over/Under quiz about AFL and Holden racing etc). @Hejman: Thanks for the endorsement. Due to the nature of some of the stats I was using, some of these answers just had to be close to the actual value so as not to be totally obvious to people familiar with the sports. 	Regarding my comments from the other quiz and above. I just get tired of reading on quizzes that it is too US-centric. There are thousands of quizzes on this site catering to a variety of sporting interests. A little searching and you should be able to find one to your liking. Quizmakers do a lot of work putting these together and I don't like seeing people complain because their favorite sport wasn't included.
