Wasn't Rosenberg "Minister of Occupied Eastern Territories" during the war? Also, Seldte is listed twice.

I used wiki as the source and rosenberg wasn't there, but i've added him now. there are probably others missing, if anyone notices let me know

It seems like a pretty glaring omission that Hitler wasn't in his own cabinet.
