Name the games that feature these forms of Death, or a Grim Reaper. Some of these were hard to find, so sorry if image quality's not so great. Comments and suggestions for additions very welcome! :)

Good quiz but something odd happened where typing "The" got me the R1/C3 answer

I see you indicated multiple platforms for some games, but not others. For example, Final Fantasy VIII was also on PC, Castlevania: SotN was also on Saturn and was later ported to PSP and 360, etc.

Great quiz! The picture for Mr. Grimm was a little difficult to make out though.

Well, for platforms I tried to just include those they were initially released on though I admit I've probably made a few errors :S And I agree about Mr Grimm, but I figured more people would recognise him if I used an image including his vehicle.. maybe the wrong choice XD

OH! That kind of 'deaths' I was expecting an extremely spoiler-filled quiz at first.

The R4/C4 deaths are usually and officialy referred to as just "Reapers" not Grim Reaper. If it would help, the 3rd game in the series (for the 3DS) includes a giant one of these as a boss, called the "Great Reaper". Your choice really.

I find it inconsistent to require the number for which FF game it is, but to just accept "Mario" for the Shy Guy. I think you should require the answer to be more specific on the latter.

One time in The Sims I lured Death to a closed-off room on fire to try to trap him...he just teleported.-_-
