Upstairs is above, not topside. Topside means as far upstairs as you can go, specifically on a ship. Downstairs is below. And a restaurant is NOT a chow hall. A better clue would be cafeteria, dining hall, or dining facility.

@randomousity: clarified 'Topside'. Agree with you on 'Chow Hall', changed hint to 'Dining Facility'. Changed colors to approximate Scarlet/Gold scheme. This was an early effort; I may go into Marine Corps history some time soon. Semper Fi, Mac.
