| Surely the word or concept of being in "awe" would be in the King James Version of the Bible, even if not expressed using the contemporary term "awesome". Today, "weasel", snake, ass, rat, dog, turkey, chicken and pig are all terms used more to characterize a person than to distinguish what can be eaten from what cannot be eaten. Considering how much language in the Bible and dialogue about the Bible may have changed in the four hundred years since 1611 is part of what makes the quiz challenging. |
