As above... Lived in St Albans and am pretty sure those cathedral bells made my hangover worse on Sundays.

Virtually every city in England and Wales has got a cathedral in it. I know Birmingham has. As for the omission of London, not heard of St Paul's Cathedral?

Wikipedia's page has tons of them. I stopped counting after the 45 Anglican ones. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cathedrals_in_the_United_Kingdom

Really poor as so many missed out and no catholic cathedrals included. By the way it is St Asaph not St Asaphs.
