	I agree. Haiti in no way should qualify - the language is French. It's a totally different culture. Also, capitalize names of countries. It looks more professional.

	Some definitions do include French-speaking countries. However, Suriname is NEVER included, and English-speaking countries such as Jamaica should probably not be included, either.

	English is the native language of Guyana and Belize, although minority populations do speak Spanish. Other countries like Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts, St Vincent, St Lucia speak English and/or creoles. If you are going to exclude Haiti, Suriname, and Jamaica, you need to exclude all of these too.

	Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominica, Bahamas, Barbados, Antigua and Barbuda, Trinidad and Tobago, Bahamas, Belize are not part of Latin America.

	I would include Haiti. It is LATIN america, as they speak a LATIN language, along with Spanish and Portuguese. It generally falls into this category, not to mention a very tied in history with the Dominican Republic.
