You need to make it so the teams with two word names can be entered without typing the city.

The quiz needs to be consistent. Either require all of the teams to include the city name or none!

How the F are the 1 time Super Bowl, 7-8 in the playoffs Colts over the 3 time Super Bowl, 14-3 in the playoff Patriots?? And the Mavs over the Lakers??? The Mavs and Eagles over the Red Sox? The people at Forbes obviously don't watch sports. And how are the New York Knicks not in the worst 5??

@uchusky815: Forbes ranking is about more than just the usual wins and losses. Teams were measured by equal parts on-field performance and financial valuation growth since 2000. Performance factors were overall winning percentage, playoff appearances and championships.

Good quiz. Maybe a little less time. I was able to just guess big 4 teams and got them all.

The Orioles didn't really stand apart from the rest of the MLB bottom feeders. I would have rather seen the Royals or Nationals as the last place teams than the O's. It's tough to compete when your div. has the Yankees and Red Sox...

As a Lakers fan, I'll take 2 years of mediocrity and 4 championships instead of being choke artists every year like the Mavericks.

I understand Forbes has different criteria, and I understand the Eagles had a great decade, but I think the Steelers should make the list over them, with 2 Super Bowl titles in the decade.

Texans really haven't been terrible, just completely average... 8-8 is their record of choice. agreed Orioles aren't worthy of #2... the Nationals are just the epitome of suckage!

@haunter 4 Titles and in the finals 6 out of 10 years. The Lakers should of been at the top of this list. Winning in the reg season is good but if you cant win it when it matters most it means nothing.

The Patriots should not be on this list at all. They cheated from 2001-2007, so their records from those years should be discarded. Let them win an honest championship before they are praised.

@mainiac65: every single nfl team does what the patriots did, the pats were jsut stupid enough to get caught. how are the steelers not on this list. this is ridiculous. and why are the mavs #3???

awesnap, you need to make it clearer that this is a combination of on/off field performance. It's a good quiz, but we need more info to know that it's $+wins.

Cool quiz but it should be made clear that this isn't just about on-field/court/ice performance. Team finances were also taken into account. The Celtics and Steelers both won championships in the 2000's while the Mavs and Eagles did not, yet they made the list.

incase half of you forgot, the colts went on to pass the OLD patriots record for wins this decade so they obviously should be on top in terms of football teams...as per other items on the list i agree that tha mavs n eagles although consistent prob shouldnt have made it over teams like tha celtics and steelers who have both proven dominance through multiple decades

The Eagles made 8 playoff appearances, including a run of 4 straight NFC championship games. They also had a superbowl appearance. I think it justifies being on the list.

Yeah, last 4 years. Last time I checked 4 years did not equal 10. Just sayin'. I'm not an Eagles fan, but I do agree they deserve to be on the list if not right outside of the top 10.
