As with all other forms of life, opinions vary on the classification of amphibians and mammals. In the case of amphibians in particular the species numbers may tend to drop over time, as many are in grave danger of extinction.

This one isn't particularly interesting compared with the others (fish, birds, and mammals), but I compiled it for completeness's sake — these four together cover all the vertebrates. |
