	It's deaths out of 1000 people per year. Strange Iraq isn't here. But what does this show about Russia & Ukraine, which are already relatively well-off, being among all those hopelessly underdeveloped African countries in death rate?

	How incredibly sad is it that 17/20 of the countries on this list are African. And I imagine alot of the deaths are under 5s.

	oh and to nymous. It shows that Russia despite being on the surface a well off nation has terrible poverty in the more rural areas. Something the ridiculously rich Russian landowners who exploited the fall of the soviet union seem to make all the more tragic.
