Interesting that "heart failure" or "heart attack" isn't accepted, but "heart disease" is. Being sick isn't what kills you, the symptoms do. That'd be like not accepting "drowning" if the answer was "being unable to swim".

I tried heart attack, cardiac arrest, cardiovascular disease, disease, and finally bludgeoning, because I wasn't going to guess the heart-thing.
