I see absolutely no reason to include multiple answers. That is, if Spanish and Portuguese is identical, no reason to have Portuguese. That's just me, though. Having an acceptable answer bar is also bait for nitpickers. Both of these complaints sound like nitpicks, but it makes the quiz much worse aesthetically than it could be. Regardless, good quiz.

Scottish Gaelic should be Seoras rather than Seorsa (which means 'type of')

It's Göran, not Goran. Just because you don't have that letter in your language doesn't mean there's no difference.
