According to ICAP (International Center for Alcohol Policies), the only European country with no minimum age is Albania. In Greece and Luxembourg, you can buy alcohol at any age, but you cannot drink it. Check http://www.icap.org/Table/MinimumAgeLimitsWorldwide . True, the list is of January 2010, but I don't suppose 14 countries have changed their policies since then. |
