Fun and comprehensive. I'd suggest considering some alternate answers. Plurals are a problem right now. For example, I typed "Runs batted in" and "Positions played" and didn't get them because of the 's'. Also, I tried several variations of "Times grounded into double play" and "Grounding into double plays" without success. Also, QS is generally just "Quality starts" without any more. You might also want accept 'walk' and 'intentional walk' for 'BB' and 'IBB' (the later of which frustrated me on my attempts). 'HP' as an abbreviation for home plate was a new one for me. Finally, I type pretty fast and still didn't get all the way through in five minutes, though that may have been just my attempts to deal with the issues above.

its not walks and hits per innings pitched. its singular. and no one calls it "on base percentage plus slugging percentage". everyone just calls it "on base plus slugging".

RBI is run batted in... the acronym is not plural.

Ok, thank you for letting me know

I have to respectfully disagree with Freder23. Whether the acronym is plural or not depends on whether you have one or more than one RBI. If you're talking about season total and you have 107 RBI then it's 'runS batted in', which is why 'RBIs' (with the 's' at the end)is nonsensical. You wouldn't say 'Run batted ins'. I think both answers should be acceptable.

Yeah, thats what I did. Both answers are accepted.

RBI is singluar, which is why if you have more than 1 you have RBIs. Cathcer's Interference CI, Defensive indifference DI are a few more obscure ones.
