	To say BA only has 3 million people, no matter what your source, is absurd. Where is Santiago de Chile and it's 5 million people? Great idea for a quiz .... if only you had a really good source.

	It is said explicitly that metro areas are not counted. Buenos Aires has in fact 3 million people or so within the official city limits.

	Not counting metro areas is actually unfair to Australia. Cities in Australia are only defined by their metro areas. There is no official "city" per se. Although there is a city of Sydney council, no one defines this as Sydney. Please amend.
