	@mdpaul314 Oats absorb a lot of liquid, so you need to add more for oat cookies to be moist .. enter Guinness! I use Guinness when baking cakes and making soup, too. And thanks for the Happy Bday :) (also, does the 314 mean you were born on pi day?)
