Title is totally misleading. Carbon emission does not equal with pollution of a country.

In fact - CO2 is one of the safest pollutants - compare the global warming potential to CFC's or Methane for example. And that doesn't even consider health (furans, dioxins etc), ozone depletion (CFC's) or acid rain (S and N acid gases).

I think it is a good quiz. Just modify the title, or at least the description, to be more accurate about what you mean by "most polluted." Also, it would be nice if you could cite a source. The inclusion of Guam separately from the rest of the US seems odd to me.
