A few issues: Ragusa is hardly in Italy, Genoa should say "(including Corsica)", Pontecorvo and Benevento were part of the Papal States by 1494.

Consider accepting the Italian spelling of Sardinia (spelled "sardigna"). Otherwise, nice quiz.
