I'd either change it to same LAST name and have a more complete list, or maybe find some teams that had 3 or more players with the same first name. I.E. the 2002 Edmonton Trappers 3 starting outfielders were Michael Ryan, Michael Cuddyer, and Michael Restovich (Source:http://www.thebaseballcube.com/statistics/2002/10187.shtml) Otherwise, it's just random. I'd wager there are hundreds of teams that would fit this category (I typed in 1980 Boston Red Sox and there were 2 pitchers named Bob). |
