OH. You have to type in the city, not the country. LOL. Nevermind the first comment then.

Tougher than it looks, because you get suckered in by the 3 or 4 that pop into your head as soon as you see the title.

Thank God for unimaginative founding fathers. Mexico City, Panama City, Guatemala City, Kuwait City. Not to mention Brasilia, Tunis, and all the little city-states.

Monte-Carlo is actually a division of Monaco. Monaco is the only city in Monaco.

Wow, that was hard. Although I only missed four that I actually knew, so not too bad.

So I guess we're using the term "country" loosely here...

pretty lame - most are just the name of the country. (I saw the title and expected Phnom Penh and Addis Ababa.)

Love this one. Challenging but possible if you've done the capitals of the world quizzes.

Haha, same here RebeccaAMax. I was actually pretty confused as to why Phnom Penh didn't work until I read the comments.

Next quiz - same number of letters in both the country and the capital city; even harder!

Great concept - I love these geography quizzes that force you to reconfigure the way facts are stored in your brain. A couple of extra minutes would have been nice, perhaps (though it's good not to make the limit too long).

Erm, check again, Rabat is the capital of Morocco. Just because more people go on holiday there doesn't make it the capital!

I thought I'd done really well on this quiz til I saw all the obvious ones I missed! I *know* I repeatedly scanned over Port Moresby in my brain and for some reason thought it didn't start with the same letter as Papua New Guinea....

This is some amazing braincracker for people who don't have English as their native language. First translate both capital and country to English and then see if they match. Hence I missed Sweden - Stockholm (being Zweden - Stockholm for me) Nice game! :)

Wow, this is hard. (That's what she said.) I'd have a hard enough time if you just told me to name the capital of Belize (for example) without having to do it this way.

When I saw the title of the quiz, before I saw the actual description, I thought Phnom Penh would be the only answer.

I think if you are going to allow Taipei, Taiwan then you should take Hong Kong, Hong Kong. They are both 'technically' part of china, but have their own governance, currency, tax system, trade laws, health care system, passports etc.

@Jack. Taiwan is NOT part of China, it is an alternative name for the Republic of China. This is quite different from China or to use its full name the People's Republic of China.
