| Moers is not situated on the Rhine. It is close, but the Homberg section of Duisburg is located on the left bank of the Rhine between Moers and the river. Also, if you are basing the order on the city limits, Dusseldorf should be above Neuss and Duisburg above Krefeld. I don't object to how you have it, since it is correct based on the city centers.
