You need to take out the state designations! (and make mention this is US cities only) Provide a source, and some sort of ranking/how ranked such as number of inches per year? Your Buffalo and Amherst beating Rochester is fishy at best ...I happen to live in Rochester and we beat Buffalo on average by over an inch but it depends on the data timeline and Amherst? it's out of the snowbelt, very dubious! I was typing all these answers and none came up. Us a "/" symbol after the answer. for example Anchorage, AL/anchorage. We have also had this posted many times in the past.

At least a couple of these cities are under 100K. Need to accept St Paul. Leave out the states. Is West Adams even a city??

Yea, West Adams, CO doesn't belong. It isn't even a census designated place, let alone a city. West Adams is referring to the western part of Adams County, CO. Similarly, North Davis, UT doesn't belong. North Davis is referring to the northern part of Davis County, UT.
