If you're accepting Hamilton and Williams, and go up to 1795, then you need to include Union College.

UNC was the first public school in the country; it opened in 1795. UGA was "founded" in 1785 but didn't open its doors until 1801.

If you're including the various small colleges you've listed, then you should go ahead and include them all, e.g. Washington College in Maryland, founded in 1782 or Washington & Lee University in Virginia, which traces its history to 1749.
