	Oh boy. Mario is originally from Donkey Kong. Lucas isn't in Earthbound, he's in Mother 3 (the sequel to Mother 2, also called Earthbound.) Wario is from Mario. This quiz would be considerably better if it was by game, not by series (for instance, Bowser premiered in Super Mario Bros and Lucario premiered in Pokemon Diamond/Silver.)

	If Wario is from Wario (which probably ought to be Warioware), then Yoshi is from Yoshi, since he's also not classed as a Mario character in the game.

	Yoshi is part of the Mario franchise, the fact that SSMB gives him his own egg symbol does not change that.

	Too much time based on how many answers I fill with just Mario/Pokemon/Zelda. Aside that above comments are generally good. You didn't include Game & Watch w/ game as Game & Watch (or any specific game if you want to be a hardass), and no ROB either, as someone pointed out. Decent idea! Just a few fixes and it would be very good.

	Thanks for the comments everyone, i made some changes so lets see if its any better. I intentionally omitted R.O.B. and Game and Watch because i felt it wasn't an actually "series" of games but since its an easier quiz i put them back up there.

How can Donkey Kong be from the Donkey Kong series, and Mario be from the Mario series, when they both come from the same game? Choose one!

	Technically, the Donkey Kong used in today's games is not the same "Donkey Kong" from the arcade game. That "Donkey Kong" is Cranky Kong, and the most recent one is his son.

	I don't think ROB's series is Gyromite, that is only one of his games. I think the series might just be termed Robot or something. Either way, be flexible as it isn't really set. Also, EVERYONE seems to have their own idea about what this quiz is about and how it should be made, but it is up to the quiz maker to decide how it is! He doesn't want it to be games they started in, or original series, but what series they come from now. Basically, he is ONLY using the little icon the Smash games give the characters, and as far as that goes, he is correct!

	Gyromite is R.O.B.'s series, because that's his theme song. That's the only one anyone should miss, how can everyone NOT be getting 100%?

	Why are Zelda and Sheik listed together, but Samus and Zero Suit Samus aren't? Either group the Samuses, or separate Zelda and Sheik. Also, for those who don't know, R.O.B. was an NES accessory made to be compatitable with a game called Gyromite, so that is his debut. Later, another NES game compatitable with him was released, Stack-Up. He wasn't seen again until years later, when there was a heavy reference to him in Star Fox 64 (as well as a character named after him, ROB64, who is an entirely different character). He didn't make his debut in the modern world of gaming until he was playable in Mario Kart DS. He then appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

	Great quiz! The only one I missed was Gyromite, because I never knew that's the series he came from. You learn something new everyday, I guess.

	Wario originated in Super Mario Land 2, so he originated in the Mario series. Yoshi originated in Super Mario World, so he was from the Mario series as well. Mario himself first appeared as Jumpman in Donkey Kong, so he's originally from the Donkey Kong series. Lucas is from Mother 3, not Earthbound. Dr. Mario is a spin-off of the Mario franchise, so I wouldn't consider him as part of the actual seies, more like his own series. I suggest you change the name of the quiz, so you can have Also @BlublacMH: of course ROB showed up somewhere, why else would he be in Smash Bros.?

	And @NicholasJoseph: The Donkey Kong used in today's games is actually the grandson of Mario's old rival. The son is DK Jr, also the star of the original Donkey Kong Country series. This is mostly explained by Snake's CODEC of DK in SSBB.
