Very good (and easy fun), but Meryl Streep for "Julie & Julia?" Yes it just came out and is a hot topic, but makeup...? Not that much.

Shouldn't Downey be accepted for Robert Downey Jr?

This is the only Sporcle quiz with a crossdressing Wesley Snipes. Good show, Sporcle.

I understand getting answers from typing last names, but getting Robert Downey Jr. by typing "Jr" is a bit ridiculous.

I think the only thing scarier here than Danny Devito is John Travolta

I'd say maybe half of these I couldn't guess unless I knew them...the rest you can guess just by looking at the picture...especially MS, NK, WS, and JC...still, a good idea for a quiz...

@mjxl47 Bram Stoker's Dracula. Would have been a good movie, except Keanu Reeves is in it too, disguised as an actor.

@Astue that was in Coming to America, one of several roles he played in that movie, back when that was funny instead of now how it's played out

Tough quiz. There were a few actors I wouldn't have gotten even if they were not under all of the makeup.

It's insane how Gary Oldman is so good in so many completely different roles: Dracula, Commissioner Gordon, the bad guy from Air Force One and Fifth Element, Beethoven, etc. etc. Very under-appreciated IMO

@cottb128: I agree. Unfortunately, he's so good at getting into a role than I can never remember his real name.

Good quiz, but hard. Only knew Charlize Theron from the appearance that made in Arrested Development. Some were obvious if you know the actor, but others are very hard unless you've seen that particular movie, many of which I had not.

19/24, and every one that I got was one where I recognized the role (and I hadn't seen the movies for the five that I missed)--I wonder whether that's typical on this quiz.

I don't know what Johnny Depp looks like in real life. He always has some massive disguise such as pirates of the carribean, charlie and the chocolate factory, edward scissorhands, sweeney todd, etc.

How can only 51% have got Nicole Kidman? She's the least disguised there, with just a slightly fuller nose.

@ cottb128 I agree. Gary Oldman is a very underrated actor. His performance as the crazy cop in Leon the Professional is one of my all time favorites.

Gary Oldman has to be the most versatile when it comes to appearances. Compare Dracula, The Fifth Element, the Batman films and especially Hannibal. Also didn't know Ralph Fiennes had been in the Harry Potter films ( I looked him up after to find out what movie that was from) and quite proud of that fact.

@popdCulture: You know who else in Hook has a better disguise? The actor playing the title character. I know people who absolutely refuse to believe who it is. Do an image search for "Speilberg Hook" and see if you can identify the actor.
