Wow, Am i actually suprised how many big cities have such few skyscrapers. I'm from Rotterdam, which isn't that big compared with other European cities. I mean no Stockholm, Manchester, Hamburg, Athens?

Well size doesn't say everything. It's also about having an old historical innercity; that's the main reason that European cities lack skyscrapers in comparison with other places in the world. And exactly that is why for instance Rotterdam has such an advantageous climate for highrises. As a matter of fact both Manchester and Hamburg do have some notable highrises, but just not enough for this list (but probably in the near future).
