	Over here in the UK, biscuits and gravy would NEVER be a pairing, as our biscuits are your cookies. Likewise, toast and jelly (our jelly is your jello, your jelly is our jam)

	US biscuits: savoury scones. We do say jelly here! Jelly is a preserve made purely with the juice, jam is made with the whole fruit. It's just that in the UK we eat proportionately more jam than jelly and vice versa in the US. Think bramble jelly, crab apple jelly... both are great on toast. I was really confused by the 'USians call jam jelly' until I met a USian who was equally confused the other way round :)

	For a local variant (if there weren't redundancies), it could be Strawberries & Cream, Milk & Sugar, Chips/Potato & Gravy, Steak & Chips/Mushroom/Kidney/Onion, Salt & Vinegar, Toast & Jam... And in addition: Fish & Chips, Chips & Salad, Bacon & Eggs, Ham & Cheese...
