	A good typist can type all 50 state names in far less time than you are giving! I'm quite rusty on the keyboard, but I managed to do it in less than 3 minutes! Probably worth lowering the time. Fun quiz.

	@newenglander and Sporctastic: Be glad I didn't say they are the safest ever :), it's the best the news could muster up from the noticable and relevantly remarkable cities with really low crime rates, obviously a rural place like Parkfield, California has no crime whatsoever, but it is not on the map, and only has a population of 35+ people.

	I typed in New York as a joke and it was actually on there, sorry New York but you are definately not one of the safest states in the USA

	@tripleb & Gjezman: In very few cities are frequent crimes happening in New York and Virginia, however, they're not like murder or robbery, they're usually serious and heavy assault concerning ransom or motives, not much of a crime but a low class terrorism is more common I'm pretty sure than just normal crime.

	"Safest" is the superlative in and of itself and is sufficient (i.e., safe, safer, safest). "Most" would be used only if such a comparative construct did not exist. Aside from being bad English, "most safest" is just plain redundant.

	Yep, drop the 'most'. I wonder what the connection is for these states. I've seen some sociological articles that put it down to population density and urbanisation, but I sometimes wonder if it's not just the cold that puts people off committing crimes. I mean, some of these places you don't want to go outside in winter. If criminals are only active in summer, surely it significantly lowers annual crimes rates, no? :p
