Britan is spelled Britain. Also, I typed in "Rome", "Roman", "Aztec", "Greece", and other forms of answers shown. perhaps add other ways of writing the answers to accomodate this?

Nice idea. I would suggest adjusting so that there are several variations acceptable. After I got Inca, I tried Roman and it didn't accept it, it didn't occur to me to try Romans. Also - what about the Khmer empire?

Yeah, you definitely need to allow more options for what is acceptable or at the very least be consistent in how you display the answers so it can be figured out.

Olmec, Phoenecian, Khmer, Assyrian, Minoan, Athens/Sparta, Saxon etc...This is a good idea for a quiz, but what criteria is this? Just you picking some random number of civilizations?

you need to accpet greece, roman or maybe italy, french, american indian/red indian/apache or something like that. also, clear up what is being guessed, 'famous civilisations' isnt clear. that could include many different chinese dynasties or ottomans etc.

Oh wow this is a subjective topic. It would be nearly impossible to do a comprehensive list.

This could probably be transformed into a great quiz by simply adding a world map where the civilizations are marked out. Then maybe make a numerical key so takers can see which they have gotten, and to make it look better than a naked list. I guess the years during which they flourished can be added in another column in the answer list.
