	I'm guessing real city-states that don't show up (Tegea, Mantinea, Plataea, for instance). What is the source of this? What is the basis for inclusion?

	Some of the ones included are not actually city-states - Olympia, for instance, was ruled by the neighboring city of Pisa, and then later by Elis. Mycenae and Tiryns were, in the classical period, basically ruinous, and under the control of Argos. As far as I can gather, "Draco" isn't even a place at all. And if Corcyra is to be included, what about Rhodes, Samos, Chios, Mytilene, and other Aegean city states?

	Thank you all for your helpful comments, I was going through My History 101 textbook, found a map of Greece, and decided to make a quiz from all the city-states it had. I added your suggestions.

	"City-state in Ancient Greece" is a term used for geographical and political entities that existed in the Greek territory in historical times. These include neither neolithic settlements like Sesklo and Dimini nor Kingdoms of the Bronze Age like Mycenae, Tiryns and Pylos. For good measure, the time difference between Sesklo and Classical Athens is over 4000 years, nearly 2 times the time elapsed between Classical Athens and Modern Times, that between Mycenae of Agamemnon and Sparta of Leonidas is over 700 years, equivalent to the time difference between the Middle Ages and today. On the other hand there are several city-states of the 5th century BC missing from the list like Thasos, Naxos, Lemnos and many more.
