	I didn't bother typing out any more after seeing that 1:50 and 12:45 were listed. The hour hand moves slowly from one digit to the next as the minute hand advances, so the hour hand only points to a number on the hour. This is a very interesting quiz idea, but as it stands it has been executed with clear negligence and lack of serious thought. I think that to get it exactly right would require serious mathematical computation.
