As others mentioned, let just the capitals be allowed, or specify that both must be typed. And, for Minnesota, only Saint Paul needed to be typed, not the state, which is different then the rest. Overall great idea, just need to edit it a bit!

This is my first quiz so there's lots of things that I have to learn how to do, which are not obvious to me yet. I'll straighten things out as I learn how to do them. But you must admit that, even though it may seem awkward, the quiz DOES work correctly in it present condition. Besides, I don't see a problem with writing the city AND the state.
