New Jersey and Kentucky should be answers and not bonus answers. I could understand a bonus on the vowel quiz but "y" is a consonant and 'sometimes' a vowel.

in this instances it is used, y is used as a vowel, as it always is at the end of a word

yep, in both new jersey and kentucky, y is acting as a vowel.

I agree with the previous two commenters that Kentucky and New Jersey do not end with consonants, and hence do not belong on this quiz (even as bonuses). However, if you insist on keeping them on this quiz, at least make them only bonuses. This would also make this quiz more consistent with the one for U.S. states that do end in a vowel.

I agree that the ys in New Jersey and Kentucky are vowels.
