West Bank and Gaza is not a country. Palestine is also not a sporcle-recognized country.

This is according to DFID (The Department for International Development). I can't deny that they receive aid, and I can't put another country, so I put what DFID say. It also accepts Palestine. (There are also some British Overseas Territories for the bonus answers)
