| Ok, about the Virginia Beach thing... all I can say is that it was very early in the morning. Oops. And in defense of the 36*30', the line has been arbitrarily used to divide the country for a long time, and the distribution of cities north and south of it is surprisingly equal. You're right, some of what is considered the south is above the line, but when I made these quizzes I was thinking of a strictly geographic, non-cultural sense of north and south that would require a bit more thought than just what is normally considered southern. |
