| oh, also, I don't think Phoenix traffic is really all that bad (I lived in Phoenix for 18 years). It gets yucky during rush hour, but I always thought that was normal. The cities under it on the list must not really have bad traffic at all. Or, maybe they do, because I live in Tucson now, which didn't make the list, but it's traffic is awful. It's a smaller city than Phoenix, but because of the lack of a good freeway system, it can often take up to an hour and a half to get across town. I've never had it take nearly that long in Phoenix. |
