	That was hard because I've never heard of most of the CA cities. I was trying major cities. Interesting.

	the reason there are so many california cities is because cities out there (minus san francisco) and many other western/southern cities are spread out and have only minor public transportation, while cities like new york and chicago are much more compact and relient on public transportation

	@redmoose-i think theres been a lot of political/beaurocracy crap going on with the emissions controls-so theres not that big of an effect

	Maybe you could specify minimum population size in the intro so that we know to guess smaller cities?
